Goal of the Championship
We created this championship in order to bring together the best gentlemen-riders and riders in Europe around various international competitions in the discipline of the jump.
The association "The Gentlemen's League" which organizes this championship is happy and proud to gather riders from France, England, Sweden, Italy and Ireland. The championship will consist, for the second edition, of about ten stages distributed in Europe.
The representative will accumulate points along the way. The one with the most points, at the end of this championship, will be crowned The Gentlemen's League Champion.
In addition, the nation with the most points wins the Cup of Nation.

The Gentlemen's League Champion
At the end of the year, the nation with the most points on all stages will win the Cup of Nation The Gentlemen's League.
Only an amateur can represent his country in each competition. Official national representatives will be given priority in each competition. When one of the official representatives is not available, he can be replaced by an amateur of the same nationality and will accumulate points for his country.
A stage is effective when two nations at least are present in the competitions.
At the end of the year, the representative having accumulated the most points on all stages will be crowned The Gentlemen's League Champion.
Only national officials may accumulate points in this ranking.

Dress code
It's important to spread the values of the gentleman-rider through this championship to be, a fortiori, taken as an example in the various national competitions.
Through this championship we want to update the quality of the gentleman-rider. Elegance and courtesy promote these values. Thus it is on this point that we must differentiate ourselves from the professionals so that the racing companies welcome us with pleasure on their racecourse
